- Quote inquiries — name, email address, event date, quantity, event type, how you heard about us, and any design reference images you choose to upload.
- Defect claims — name, email address, event name, event date, ribbon type, description of the defect, a photo of the defect, and a shipping address for the replacement.
We do not use cookies for tracking, and we do not collect any information passively beyond basic web analytics described below.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your quote inquiry or process your defect claim.
- To communicate with you about your order or replacement.
- We do not use your information for marketing without your explicit consent.
- We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own use.
Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate the site. Each has its own privacy policy:

Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill your inquiry or claim, and for a reasonable period afterward in case of follow-up. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@rosettemakers.com.
