Terms of Service
Last updated May 17, 2025
Overview
These terms govern your use of rosettemakers.com and any orders placed with Rosette Makers ("we", "us", "our"), a business based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By submitting an inquiry or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders & Custom Products
- All ribbons and rosettes are made to order. Production begins once order details and any deposits are confirmed.
- Submitting a quote inquiry does not constitute a binding order. An order is confirmed only when we have agreed on specifications and you have received written confirmation from us.
- You are responsible for ensuring all custom text, logos, and design details provided are accurate. We are not liable for errors in customer-supplied artwork or instructions.
- Minimum order quantities may apply depending on product type. These will be communicated during the quoting process.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are confirmed at the time of order and are subject to change before confirmation.
- Payment terms will be specified in your order confirmation. We may require a deposit before production begins.
- Bulk discounts are available and will be reflected in your quote.
Production & Delivery
- Estimated production times are provided in good faith. We make every effort to meet agreed timelines but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
- Rush orders are available subject to capacity. Rush fees may apply.
- Shipping costs and carriers will be agreed upon at time of order. Risk of loss passes to you upon handoff to the carrier.
Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns
We stand behind the quality of every ribbon we make. If you receive a ribbon with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no charge — see our full Satisfaction Guarantee for details.
Because all products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for correctly produced items. If there is a dispute about whether a defect is manufacturing-related, we may request the return of the item before issuing a replacement.
Intellectual Property
- You represent that you have the rights to any logos, artwork, or text you provide for use on your ribbons.
- We retain the right to photograph completed products for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for the specific products in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
